You have just made the most important decision of your life!
If you walk with God, you will never be alone. He will always be there for you. You can never be saved by trying to be a good person, nor can you be saved through any amount of ‘good works’. Ephesians 2:8,9 (NKJV) says, ” For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” You and I can be saved only by confessing our sins and placing our faith in God’s Son, Jesus Christ, who died and paid for our sins on the cross. We must also surrender our life to His lordship, placing Him in charge of every area of our life because we now belong to Him. Both John the Baptist and Jesus himself began their preaching with the word, ‘Repent’. (“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” – Matthew 4:17 (NKJV). To repent means to change one’s mind’ or to turn — to go in another direction. How can we be led to repentance? The first step toward repentance is true sorrow for what we’ve done wrong. 2 Corinthians 7:10 (NKJV). “For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.” Worldly sorrow is more like the regret of a criminal who’s just been caught, whereas godly sorrow is the deep remorse or conviction that produces a change in direction. Have you ever felt convicted after doing something wrong? The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is the one that convicts us of our sin. (John 16:7-8).
How can I be saved?
ROMANS 10:9-10 NKJV That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
Now, pray the following prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for loving me! I know that I am a sinner, and I ask Your forgiveness for all the sins that I have committed. Please wash me in the blood of Jesus Christ and cleanse me from all of my sins. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord of my life and believe in my heart that God the Father has raised Jesus from the dead. Today, I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Saviour. Please fill me with Your Holy Spirit and write my name in the Lamb’s Book of Life. I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

To move closer in your relationship with Christ, you need to understand that baptism is one of your first steps of obedience. It should be understood that baptism has no salvation value but is a public declaration of the fact that you are indeed saved. We will baptise any person that is truly born again. (Partners and non-partners.)
  • Baptism takes place every third Sunday after the second-morning service and evening service.
  • If a person wants to be baptised, they need to bring a set of dry clothes and a towel.
  • Ladies normally come dressed in the clothes that they will be baptised in. (Jean, thick top that will not shine through or cling tightly to their body. It is preferable that you tuck your shirt into your jeans/pants.)
  • Men can change into swimming trunks and a T-shirt. No baptism will be done if the top half of the body is not covered.
  • Children under 16 years of age will not be baptised without written authorisation from their parents or legal guardians. Parents should please take note that when a child expresses the desire to be baptised they should make sure that the child understands the full magnitude thereof.
  • A baptism certificate is available on request from the church office.
  • For more information contact the church at 011-958-1250
Spiritual growth takes time, effort, discipline and dedication. We encourage you wholeheartedly to embark on a journey of spiritual growth. Just as a tree needs nourishment and care to bear fruit, your spirit yearns for nourishment through prayer and studying the Word of God. As you nurture your spiritual side, you’ll discover a profound sense of purpose, inner peace, and a connection to something greater than yourself. Spiritual growth offers guidance in the face of life’s challenges, providing you with the strength to persevere and the wisdom to make meaningful choices. It’s a path that leads to a deeper understanding of your faith, a richer relationship with God, and a life filled with love, compassion, and fulfillment. Embrace this journey with an open heart, and you’ll find that the rewards are boundless, both in this world and the one beyond.
Prayer is a direct line of communication with God. It’s an opportunity to share your thoughts, hopes, fears, and gratitude with the Creator. By dedicating time to prayer, you not only strengthen your relationship with God but also gain a sense of peace and clarity in your life. It’s a reminder that you are never alone, and your concerns are heard and understood. Fasting, on the other hand, is a practice that allows you to detach from the physical world and focus on the spiritual. It teaches discipline and self-control while creating space for reflection and mindfulness. During fasting, you can gain insight into your desires, dependencies, and inner strength. It can also serve as a means of humility and empathy for those who are less fortunate.

You were never meant to follow Jesus alone. Groups provide an intentional opportunity for you and other Christians to encourage one another, to pray for one another and to serve one another. Sunday services are important, but God intended us to gather together in community with other believers. That’s where Groups come in. You’ll have the opportunity to study God’s Word, ask questions & make new friends. Some Groups meet in a home, others meet online. Some twice a month and others every week – they all study the message from Sunday’s sermon and pray together.

Volunteering is a wonderful and meaningful way to make a positive impact in your community while deepening your own spiritual journey. Here are some compelling reasons to encourage you to get involved:
  1. Volunteering allows you to live out the teachings of Jesus by serving others selflessly. It’s an opportunity to show love and compassion to those in need, fulfilling the core Christian principle of loving your neighbor as yourself.
  2. Church volunteer work fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie. You’ll become part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your faith and values. This sense of belonging can be deeply fulfilling.
  3. Serving at church often leads to personal spiritual growth. It provides opportunities for you to learn more about your faith, deepen your relationship with God, and apply your beliefs in practical ways.
  4. Everyone has unique talents and skills to offer. Volunteering at church allows you to use your talents for a higher purpose, whether it’s in music, teaching, organizing events, or providing support to those in need.
  5. Your contributions can have a direct and positive impact on the lives of others. Whether you’re helping with outreach programs, youth activities, or worship services, your efforts can make a difference in the spiritual journeys of those around you.
  6. Volunteering often brings a deep sense of personal fulfillment and joy. Knowing that you’re making a difference in the lives of others can bring a profound sense of purpose and happiness.
  7. By volunteering, you set a positive example for others in your church and community. Your commitment to service can inspire and encourage others to get involved and make a difference as well.
  8. Your volunteer work helps the church function smoothly and effectively. It allows the church to carry out its mission and outreach programs, ultimately strengthening the faith community as a whole.
Remember that volunteering at your church is not just about what you can give but also about what you can gain in terms of personal growth, a sense of purpose, and a closer relationship with God. So, take that step, get involved, and experience the many blessings that come with serving your church community.
At LFCC, when a person commits themselves to the mission and vision of our church, we don’t call it joining or becoming a member; we call it a partnership. We really believe that there is a greater significance to becoming a partner of the LFCC family rather than just membership since being in partnership encourages one to engage; it stimulates communication, promotes and supports participation whilst nurturing a servant mindset upholding Biblical values and ethics as its core.
Raising children in a Godly manner is a serious matter. Every young child (baby) should be dedicated to the Lord (we do not christen or baptise babies.)
  • Baby dedication takes place on the second Sunday of each month after the second service. This is conducted through an intimate dedication ceremony.
  • We can only dedicate children/babies to partners of Little Falls Christian Centre family because the journey starts with your child’s dedication and then grows as the child matures.
  • Both husband and wife should preferably be in favour of the dedication and be present at the dedication.
    • If one parent is a believer and the other an unbeliever, the responsibility rests with the believing parent. The unbeliever cannot undertake to raise the child in the fear of the Lord. Therefore, only the believing member will be permitted to dedicate the child to the Lord.
    • If you are a single parent, you alone should bring your child to be dedicated.
    • If you are unmarried, only one parent should bring the child to be dedicated. (We, unfortunately, cannot “endorse” living together by creating the impression that we bless the relationship by having both parents presenting the child to be dedicated, and as such, only one parent will be permitted to present the child to be dedicated.
  • It is always advisable to introduce yourself to your district pastor before baby dedication takes place.
    • The district pastor will also sign the child dedication application form that needs to be completed and handed in at the church office at least 48 hours prior to the Child Dedication service commencement. (Either at reception during office hours or at the information desk on Sundays.)
  • Inquiries can be made to the church office at telephone number 011 9581250.
  • A child dedication certificate will be handed to you on the day of your child’s dedication.

We view marriage in a very serious light; therefore, we would like to inform you of our policies and procedures pertaining to the planning of your wedding in light of what God’s Word teaches us.
  • We believe marriage constitutes a union between a natural man and a natural woman. Matthew 19:4-5 And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning “made them male and female,” and said, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh”?
  • We can only conduct a wedding ceremony between two born-again believers. 2 Corinthians 6:14 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers…” We can only conduct a wedding ceremony when at least one person is a Little Falls Christian Centre partner.
  • We will require both the future husband and wife to attend premarital counselling with their district pastor.
  • The district pastor over the geographical area where you reside will perform the premarital counselling and the wedding ceremony.
  • It is imperative that you first consult with your district pastor concerning the wedding date and venue before finalising the date or making the final booking.
  • Please take note that No weddings will be conducted/administered at LFCC on a Saturday.
  • Due to Sunday responsibilities, Pastors are unable to conduct weddings on a Sunday.
  • No wedding reception will be allowed at LFCC once the wedding ceremony is concluded.
  • Please discuss any costs with the district pastor. The district pastor will only then provide you with a detailed list of all the necessary documents required for the wedding and subsequently book premarital counselling sessions with you both.

The death of a loved one is always a very sensitive matter. Since we are often approached to conduct the funeral/memorial service of non-Little Falls Christian Centre partners, this places us in an awkward position because our partners of Little Falls will always take preference, and we, therefore, do not want to come across as insensitive during these very difficult times. (At LFCC, we have an up-to-date database to confirm partnership. Visiting LFCC does not constitute being a partner at LFCC. Please contact the district pastor of the area you reside in to confirm if you are a partner of LFCC) Every funeral/memorial service therefore requested by non-members of LFCC, will thus be addressed on an ad-hoc basis where the district pastor, at his discretion, may decide to perform the funeral service of a non-partner. This, however, will/can only be performed at a separate venue.
  • When a Little Falls Christian Centre partner passes on, the loved ones should contact their district pastor and their cell leader.
  • They should preferably inform their district pastor and cell leader before the actual passing of a loved one so that a relationship can be established where a road can be walked with the sickly person and/or their family.
  • It is imperative that you first consider matters such as the availability of the church/chapel and the pastor before finalising any matters pertaining to the funeral/memorial service.
  • Only after speaking with your district pastor should you proceed with any other arrangement, and only then should you finalize a date and time for the service.
  • Due to problems/concerns with the funeral procession to the gravesite, we would rather suggest that consideration is made to have a family-and-friends service at the gravesite first and then only have the memorial service afterwards at the church. This eliminates any problems of getting to the gravesite in a long procession without Metro Police help and minimizing the risk of unnecessary delays on the day.
  • Please note that funerals will only be conducted/administered during the week. We, unfortunately, cannot conduct/administer funerals on Friday afternoons and/or weekends.
  • The district pastor will assist as best possible with guidance and advice toward arrangements with the funeral director, the church service and advice afterwards, and guiding you through the relevant details of the funeral/memorial service on a particular day.
  • Any costs associated with the funeral to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand with the district pastor.
  • We hold a strong view that cremation is not scriptural and thus recommend the burial of a loved one.

A LIFE OF WORSHIP

We place extremely high value on inspiring intimate times of worship in Church services and Groups.

Featured event

Good Friday.

29th of March (8am)

Join us for a meaningful and profound Good Friday service. We invite everyone to come and join us for this special event.

What to Expect

YOUR JOURNEY

Our morning services are usually around an hour long, it starts with a couple of Praise Songs after which we have announcements and take up the offering. Once that’s done we continue with Worship followed by a Message from one of our Pastors. Our evenings services are quite different, we believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and there is quite a bit more Praise & Worship with a focus on the Holy Spirit, Healing, Prophecy and as God wills to move over His Church.

As you enter the gates of the property you will encounter friendly staff and volunteers to help and guide you to your chairs. We also have Pastors to greet you with a friendly smile at the doors. Once inside there is really no pressure or need to engage beyond what you are comfortable with. You choose how involved you wish to be in all aspects of the services.

Usually just your bible whether a physical book or on your phone. For special services such as baptismal services we will need you to bring a towel and a fresh set of clothes.

Please bring as many people as you want to. We believe that our God is a God of love and that it is His Heart to have a personal and intimate relationship with everyone.

Give us a call during office hours, send us a email or setup a visit with one of our Pastors. We will be honoured to attend to any questions.
